My Experience With a Changelly-Related Content Campaign: Live Articles Published, Payment Still Outstanding
Freelancers and publishers invest significant time and resources to deliver quality work. In return, they expect clear communication and timely payment.
Unfortunately, my recent experience with a content campaign related to Changelly did not end as expected.
The Project
I was assigned to publish sponsored content on several established websites. Before starting the work, the pricing and publication requirements were discussed via email.
After the articles were approved, they were successfully published and remain live online.

These live publications confirm that the requested work was completed and accepted.
Payment Status
Despite successfully completing the agreed work and sharing the live publication links, the payment remains outstanding at the time of writing.
I have followed up multiple times through email and also sent the invoice, but the matter has not yet been resolved.

Why I’m Publishing This
This article reflects my personal experience regarding an unresolved payment issue.
It is not intended to make allegations beyond the facts that I can document, and I am happy to update this article if the outstanding payment is resolved.
The purpose of publishing this post is to maintain transparency and help other freelancers understand the importance of documenting agreements before completing projects.
Advice for Freelancers
From this experience, I recommend:
- Always confirm pricing in writing.
- Use written agreements whenever possible.
- Request milestone or partial payments.
- Keep invoices, emails, and screenshots.
- Avoid delivering all work before receiving at least partial payment when appropriate.
Final Note
I hope this payment issue is resolved professionally.
If payment is received, I will gladly update this article to reflect that outcome.
Transparency benefits both freelancers and businesses, and timely communication helps maintain trust within the digital publishing industry.
